Need to deep clean rooms. Check in process is horrible took almost a hour to get checked in. Check in staff needs to explain stuff better I,e cards for pool towels, give a paper agenda of all activities, actually take you to your room. More activities through out the day.

Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
Don’t do it if you are weighing the price vs your experience don’t do it. The staff was rude the resort had a smell. You could not get a reservation at any restaurant and the drinks were watered down. It is not worth the price 0/10 would not recommend.

The resort was very clean and the food was great. It was quite busy but I could still get a pool chair.

Costa Love Hotel Aeropuerto
Room was clean and it had everything we needed to spend the night. However, the surrounding area was a bit too loud for our liking, especially at night. I recommend it because our flight got cancelled and the easiness of reserving and checking in last minute was incredible. Everyone was nice and ...

Playa Palmera Beach Resort
Great place to stay with family. Quiet and pool is clean. Private beach is walking distance. Shuttle is available all the time. Some fixtures in the unit needs upgrading, like the shower and taps started to have some rusts. Shower did not have hot water. All the rest was great!
