"Our stay was Apr 8-15, 2026. Our room was cleaned well everyday for us. We had a small hiccup with our A/C the condensation line was clogged and the ceiling leaked and drywall fell. We were able to contact maintenance and they came quickly and repaired the issue, they were going to come back and repair the ceiling the next day but we told them it could wait until we left to be done. We spent our time at the large pools by the ocean and in the ocean. The pools were fun and clean, except maybe the party pool with the swim up bar, but that might just be my feelings about it. I felt there could have been more loungers and more spots for shade, but we did not “reserve” chairs and each day found at least 2-4 for our crew to sit in. I wish they would reinforce the no reserving chairs as lots sat with towels in prime spots without people for very long periods of time or the entire day. Same goes for down at the ocean area. We enjoyed dinner at Il Capriccio, Takara Asian fusion and Flame. By far our favourite was Takara. It was a nice quiet intimate dinner experience with quality food. I have seen lots of complaints online about the construction going on, but it had no effect on our stay. We chose to avoid the middle pool because it was across from the construction and they were jackhammering out the pool deck across the road. We stayed in la Ilsa area and you couldn’t hear it. I think things will settle down once they are done jack hammering. Overall we had a great time!"

"The hotel is spotless with modern, well maintained rooms. The buffet and Tartufo restaurant were highlights, though Pescador was just okay. The beach by the hotel is beautiful and clean. Service, however, was hit-or-miss. While some staff were great, others were slow or dismissive, specifically at reception, where the second part of my check-in (when they actually gave me the room after 15:00) felt rude and unprofessional, Great facilities, but the service needs more consistency."

"Our trip to Majestic Mirage started off on a great note, but unfortunately, the experience quickly declined. We encountered several issues with our room that significantly impacted our stay. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to a drainage problem, and the toilet leaked from underneath every time it was flushed. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room was not working, making it very uncomfortable. We brought these concerns to management’s attention, but it took until the last night—four nights into our stay—before we were offered the option to switch rooms. By that point, it was too late to make a meaningful difference in our experience. It was disappointing, especially given how promising the trip felt at the beginning. Unfortunately, due to these issues and the delayed response, I would not return to this hotel."
