"The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us to a corner suite after we arrived and celebrated my birthday as if I was a king! This was our 5th time at Majestic and definitely will not be our last."

"If you’re looking for fun, this hotel is a right place. I like here everything: clean room, clean beach, delicious food and incredible activities. There is even a small library near OLA bar where you can take a book if you’d like. We had really great time in this hotel."

"It was a rough start at first. The phone in the room did not work and I had to go up to the front desk pretty much my pajamas to request they like it. When I got to the desk, they said they were going to deliver it to my room but also when the front desk operator instructed one of the staff members to take me back on the golf cart, he was upset and did not want to take me back. That was really irritating. The remote didn’t work so we had to request another remote. Overall, it was a really nice resort. They made our stay amazing! They were part of the entertainment staff who are we talented and very welcoming. I probably will not be there again, but we had a good trip."

"Gorgeous beach. Not great resort. Food was a 2/5. Service was a 1/5. Room had lots of mold. Pools were nice but too deep for kids. Diamond club was pointless."

"I would highly caution anyone staying at this resort or others in the Dominican Republic to choose what they eat carefully. Myself and others we know have gotten food poisoning on several occasions. Mega resorts like the Bahai Principe are preparing three full meals for several hundreds of people 365 days a year. Cross contamination of foods, unused food repurposing, improper food storage, and kitchen cleanliness issues are a common problem leading to salmonella and E. coli issues. I caution anyone selecting any meat products specifically to choose wisely or risk spending an entire day of your expensive vacation very sick."
