"Don’t say you weren’t warned. An ok property in a large complex of other Bahía Príncipe resorts. Then aquamarine was not the best of the properties- it’s a bit dated. The good: food was excellent, spa was nice, beach was beautiful even though it’s a long walk or trolley ride away, staff are nice. The concerns: bed was like sleeping on concrete, seriously they should not allow these mattresses, complex is enormous requires long walks or trolleys to get around, the bracelets and having to sign out towels and potentially charges if you don’t return them to the towel hut is so cumbersome. No one goes on vacation to steal towels after they paid so much money to relax. There was also a fair amount of construction and late night music. Some my enjoy this type of setting but if your looking for a premium experience, you may want to look at alternatives. "

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel offered. Only bad thing I have to say is that my AC was leaking water and would create a huge puddle of water on the floor so was unable to use it during my stay. "

"The hotel is very nice, and I appreciate the service. However, the restaurants are limited, with few drink options. The lunch time at the main restaurant is very short. I was almost prevented from sitting down to have lunch because a waiter said they were already cleaning the area."

"Room was clean , the service was grate. Lots of place to seat by pool .we enjoyed the french /gormate restaurant as well as Restaurant 9. Buffet and bar by beach was very comfortable. "
