"There's plenty of food options, keep in mind buffets serve the same food daily so it can get boring quickly. Bedrooms are OK but they can definitely be cleaner. Staff is incredible, they’re super welcoming, they pay attention, remember you. Highly recommend to bring your own liquor since this particular resort only provides house liquors. Don’t forget to pack anything and everything you think you could use / need since the prices are nearly triple of what you’d pay in the USA"

"The staff was very professional and nice . The food was ok best restaurant was the steak house .. the room needs to be upgraded furniture was very old . The room smelled like sewage!!! And wasn’t clean as expected. The music options sucked in the club and on the resort . They only played and performed Spanish music . I feel like being that it’s a resort with Diffrent cultures they should play a variety . Most of the activities was closed on the resort or under construction "

"The food didn’t seem as fresh and there wasn’t much varieties. Especially for people who only eat seafood and chicken. Majority staff does not speak English. Messed up on our drinks a lot of times. Not much help in navigation and the staff has a “ I don’t care “ type of attitude. A lot of things we were not guided about such as dinner reservations need to be made with the guest services and not front desk or the restaurant directly. The rooms aren’t as clean and there’s nothing to stop the water from flowing when showering. It flows out of the showering area because it’s open. It’s a very average resort, we paid a lot of money and we think our money was wasted and wasn’t valued properly. We will will not be staying here again we will be looking into other much better resorts. I wish we could get a partial refund back. "
