The staff was amazing. The amount of pools and restaurants was great too! So many that we didn’t get to visit all of them. The rooms were very clean. The food choices were also great, being open to trying new things is key! The drinks were amazing, nothing was watered down like at other locations.

Our host Juan did a great job organizing everything for us, the facility is brand new and all the amenities are top notch. Staff is very friendly and always with a smile for you, crew at the bars are very funny make you feel great at every time. This was such a great property me and my husband has such a beautiful time here. Our butler Raul was so professional and always helpful for any of our needs that we requested always scheduling our dinners and always messaging us every morning to make sure we were OK. We appreciate the beautiful hospitality from him and of this hotel in general It’s very beautiful. A lot of stuff to do since it’s very large! Different places to eat, which was great and different activities. We also loved the white Party! Definitely coming here again.

The resort was great. It was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Luis was amazing and always available whenever we needed anything, whether it was checking in on us, answering any questions, or helping with any issues on the property. He always greeted us with a big smile and kept us laughing the entire time. Our butler, Rafael, was also very helpful. He assisted us with restaurant and show reservations, checked in on us regularly, arranged transportation for us, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Both of them helped make our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free.

Already wrote a lengthy review. Overall, great staff and food. Needs updates. And also more storage in the showers, shelving or something for toiletries. We had to put our stuff on the floor. They need better anti-slip flooring in the bathrooms. More accessibility for elderly and disabled people. Would stay again, but bring my own anti-slip stuff for the bathrooms.

This is our family first time to Punta Cana and we had an amazing time at the Family Selection at Grand Palladium. Our room is spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly always with a smile on their face. Our butler, Rafael provided us the top notch service, checked in on us each day and arranged all of our à la carte restaurant bookings. We had an amazing time. We did the family selection package with our three-year-old daughter. Our butler Rafael, was amazing. He took care of everything that we needed. ( from setting up our restaurant and events for the week to finding us a babysitter). The staff was friendly, kind, clean, helpful, positive . The food was great and all the choices that we had. The villa that we had was beautiful . We want to thank all the staff that made it such a privilege to enjoy our five day trip there and once again to Rafael, who did an amazing job taking care of us.

We stayed in the Family Selection in a junior suite - the rooms were very big and clean. The service was awesome - a big shout-out to our butler, Raphael! He was super attentive and quick at responding to all of our questions and requests. All staff on the resort were friendly and would greet you with a smile. We would totally recommend this resort to family and friends. If you're looking for a nice beach - this is the resort to stay - no seaweed issues, big waves. In the designated Family Selection area, it was not difficult to find beach chairs.
