Only negatives I would say are the staff are stand offish except for your butler. They tend to ignore you if you ask a question or just point to things. Also don't get a room facing the pool if you like peace and quiet. The noise from the pools starts at 9am and the parties by the lobby are extremely loud until 10/11 at night."
