"The property could use some fixing up. We noticed a possible leak coming from the ceiling near the kitchen in the buffet. Hopefully nothing major. The room was nice and the AC was amazing because of the weather. They restock your mini fridge which is nice. Staff was extremely nice and super helpful at all times. They have a tram which takes you to the palace and it passes every 5-10 minutes. Super convenient so you don’t have to walk. The palace is super big and includes all families but...

"Really pleasant experience. Rooms and property were extremely clean and fresh. The staff were pleasant, polite, and accommodating. The beach and pool were lively and relaxing. Everything worked properly and didn’t have any issues at all with our stay. The food was decent, we are a little snobby about food tho so I’m sure it was great food for most people. Would definitely stay here again."
