You don’t even have to leave the resort there is so much to do and a ton of restaurants! The beach is beautiful and so are the pools!! We did the sea aquarium boat ride and that was the highlight of our trip for sure. The boat was a ton of fun, you got to snorkel with sharks and sting rays, and the staff were amazing!

The resort is incredibly comfortable for families. The pool area, provides a variety of options, the beach is incredible, and they keep it pretty clean. It’s paradise. I didn’t want to leave. The only improvement is the experience around booking for dinner, I ended up having terrible schedules for my kids. However the amenities, and Spa quality, are those from a premium SPA, I would definitely travel to this hotel again. My experience advisor from Expedia was amazing in helping me figure out dinner booking, specially towards the end when everything had been booked.

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful resort. If you know a little spanish it is easier. Most of the staff are not fluent in English. Having said that, I was able to get by with google translator and a few words of Spanish. They have a great animation team. I had no issues making reservations for the restaurants. Tip, as soon as you check in, go to the concierge desk and make all of your reservations. Highly recommend.

The stay could not have been better. The beach is the nicest I've ever experienced, the hotel, rooms and amenities were perfect, the food wonderful....but the warm and accommodating staff was the best of all. We will definitely be returning to Bavaro Palace!

Room, meals and property were awesome, staff were absolutely amazing and airport shuttle was really great! Only glitch was luggage pick up at the room when leaving. It was a brutal luggage trek for three of us to make our departing shuttle on time after our daughters’s family luggage pick up didn’t show up at their room!

The room was fantastic and my family had such a blast! The only real downfall, and the only reason I wouldn’t necessarily book here again is that the restaurants book up way too quickly, and the food in the buffet is subpar. The coffee in the room is also really not good, but the cappuccinos you can order at the buffet and the bars were fantastic.

I had an excellent stay. The buffet was one of the best I’ve seen, a ton of variety in classic Dominican food was a plus. Beach and pool were very clean. The resort is very well kept, modern, great option in stores if you need to grab anything you forgot to take. Staff was amazing— especially entertainment, David, made us feel at home during our stay. The resort is huge, so there is a lot of walking— take comfortable shoes for those walks to/from the rooms. Overall, I will give my stay 5 stars, I have no complaints and I had such a great time I will be returning to this hotel. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is very large, elegant, and visually beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything you need, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. Another issue I noticed was a strong musty smell in some areas, such as the elevators and restaurants, which was unpleasant. Aside from these concerns, everything else was good and I had an overall positive experience.

Very big property. Very good places enjoy vacation. I think they have to do whoever want to go to shopping outside of resorts, they have arranged car with fix time and safety. So people can outside food. I stay 6 night in resorts eating same food is boring. If they take outside we can eat outside tooo with our money. And very less vegetarian options please add more food Other than everything is best, best people
