The stay at the resort was ok. I notified them before our arrival that it was our anniversary and no banner was on the door. We received housekeeping only on the first day. The next day I called guest services twice requesting towels. Finally, I walked down to housekeeping to just get the towels. The room was not cleaning after the first day. The stay was ok but definitely will not be returning.

Nice property, nice pools, food was fair (Spumante) Italian was excellent. Drinks were only fair. Not much top shelf liquor available and bars ran out of things often. Entertainment staff did a nice job and nightly shows were good. Property is starting to get run down and could use some upgrades.

I had a great time. If you like to party, this is the resort for you. Weekends are better for partying though. There was something going on all the time. I upgraded to the Xhale Club for my birthday. The Xhale lounges are nice and the bartenders (Yeral) are awesome. I DO NOT recommend Onal as your concierge, if he's assigned to you, request someone else. He was the worst! I had to book everything through other employees in the Xhale Club. He was not helpful at all. I had a swim up room which technically is not a swim up but it was nice and always clean. My favorite restaurant was Spumante. The buffet food was good as well. I had higher expectations but I would go back.

The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned everyday. The butler we had was outstanding and could find us anywhere on the property to check to ensure we were ok. I give here 5 stars!!

Our room was very nice, spacious and the maid cleaned it spotless every day. The only thing about the room though was it didn't have a dresser/bureau so we basically couldn't unpack all of our clothes. The staff was AMAZING! so helpful and friendly they made our stay (35th Anniversary) so special. We spent pretty much every day in the pool which was awesome the staff early every morning would scrub down the whole pool and vacuum it. So many activities were planned everyday by Breathless for everyone to join in yoga, exercise, games, etc. We didn't spend any time at the swim up bars but they were very busy and looked like everyone at them were having a great time. The food at the restaurants was so good, there's something for everyone. The night time entertainment was so cool....neon party, white party, tribute band, karaoke, etc. We will definitely be staying at Breathless when we go back.

Let’s started with the hotel is clean and nice! One morning at breakfast with my husband eating there pancakes he was eating plastic bag. He had to bring it up back and swallow a small piece. I show the hotel manager they handle the situation poorly. After spending $1100 for 2 nights I would expect better from them.

The staff is beyond incredible! Everyone was so helpful and fun. The pool staff, housekeeping, front desk, our concierge Elis at the Xhale club was amazing!!! The bellman, the waiters, everyone was exceptional. The entertainment was out of this world. The burlesque show was outstanding! The beach party with the fire dancers!! Just amazing talent! Food was great, drinks were great. My only complaint is the smoking. People should have to go to designated smoking areas.
