"The resort was very welcoming and clean. Every hotel worker was friendly and definitely eager to help and greet everyone that they walked passed. The food and events that the hotel had very amazing. The pools were nice and clean and blue as well as the beach. Room were always nice and clean and cool"

"Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time at an all inclusive. The service was perfect, food was good, beach is beautiful, and pools were fun. Did not care for the Legendary club sales people, especially the “manager” you sit with. Way too aggressive for a relaxing vacation experience. Will tell you anything to guilt you into buying a package. Avoid it all together unless it’s something you’re interested in. "

"Its a little older resort. I didnt care for the butler they provided and I tricked to listening to a time share pitch. Staff was great. Food was okay. I couldnt book the spa even though I asked the butler. I enjoyed myself. Activities were fun"

"We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing. "

"I made a reservation for Grand Bavaro but i had to do an upgrade to Bahia principe Luxury Esmeralda, I loved Esmeralda for being on the first line close to the beach, the things i did not like was the air conditioning not being on, on the buffet and restaurants, the buffet close to the beach did not have too many options to eat and the most of the staff was not helpful you had to ask to many times for water or drinks on the buffet."
