This property has potential however they have a lot to work on. Starting with the awful smell of sewer the moment you walk onto the property and a few rude and unhelpful reps. For us, worst issue was the FOOD, Cheap Booze & customer service. Restaurant reservation app was not working. A guest of the wedding we were attending offered to make the reservation for us But the manager of “The CUT”, on this day, Andre Berras, who treated us so poorly, as we didn’t have a screenshot of the reservation or room number, just the name on the reservation, Mr Berras literally told us that we were making up stories (ustedes vinieron con todo esos cuentos) since he couldn’t find the reservation. He proceeded to dismissed us. Luckily, someone we met there witness everything, felt bad for us & since his party was incomplete, he invited us to join him. We sat there for about an hour, & the restaurant was 75% empty. My question is, how are they handling reservations cancellations and no-shows? there was no attempt to accommodate us AT ALL. At the very least we should have been offered the meal to go; After all we paid 4 an all inclusive resort (but they don’t allow plates to leave the restaurant or buffet) All restaurants were 50% empty yet guest continued to be dismissed, Also, buy your good Liquior at duty free or Prepare 4 cheap BOOZE, NOTHING TOP SHELF HERE! Clogged shower & leaking sewer smelling toilet- Good things: the Beach and Pools!
