"I needed a place to stay for 1 night before I could go to my resort and this place was absolutely PERFECT! Very clean, very HELPFUL staff, great restaurant onsite which includes a free buffet breakfast and they prebooked transportation from the airport for me. Im so pleased with the customer service. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet. "My room was with pool view and balcony. Close to restaurant, bar, beach. Very good location. Check-in was fast we arrived in the middle of the night and staff waiting for us. Thank you very much, we definitely come back here! "

Only top sheets on bed with no blanket, rusted out appliances, stove and the refrigerator was broken and the food we bought was ruined that we had put it there. "This property is not clean the rooms are terrible balcony door will not lock sink half way stop up when water came up dirty never stay there again I saw other people also leaving not happy I went and paid for another room"

"I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. "They have a private restaurant on the property which serves delicious food at an affordable price compared to restaurants outside of the property. The room was well decorated and looked great. The beach is not private; however, they have private umbrellas along the beachside which is monitored by security guards at all times, so your belongings are safe there."

"Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle"

"We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget...
