"As much as I have traveled I have never been so disappointed. We stayed a couple of nights there and to say it was awful is an understatement. Coffee maker was filthy and rusted. Only top sheets on bed with no blanket, rusted out appliances, stove and the refrigerator was broken and the food we bought was ruined that we had put it there. "We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget...

"I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. "The resort is very close to the airport, and most of the activities are close by, it is a very beautiful resort, with lots of entertainment every day for adults and kids. The buffet was very rich every day with lots of varieties to choose from. The hotel had their our suvenir shop and also had staff from companies where you can book your favourite excursions. The room was very clean, the staff were exceptionably friendly, nice, helpful and made our stay rememberable! I would definitely recommend this resort and would return here in the future"
