"Great hotel on the lake. Very clean and comfortable with great patios facing the lake. Only real issue was the Wi-Fi which was temperamental at best. A refrigerator in the room would be an added bonus."

The pier on the lake was heavenly. The staff was so nice, too. The only drawback was the ice machine wasn't working, but on our second stay it appeared they had a replacement ready to install. "

"I really adored both Bacalar and this hotel. The design is so wild and whimsical, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the beds are nice and comfy and the location is perfect. Great coffee and’s food with in a block and right by an entrance to the lagoon. Also really loved the hotels very sweet furballs!"
