"I’m a US citizen with a Mexican Permanente Status and while here in Quintana Roo I take side trips frequently to Bacalar and we had the most accommodating staff at the Blue Palm. I would highly recommend this resort and this is one I’ll stay at again. The absolute best breakfast in any resort in Bacalar. Sincerely JN lives in Akumal"
"I really adored both Bacalar and this hotel. The design is so wild and whimsical, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the beds are nice and comfy and the location is perfect. "The hotel was located around many dining options and they even had a little lobby to purchase snacks in case you were in need of something after hours. The beds were big and comfy.
