"Our stay at Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel Restaurant & SPA was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the lagoon that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless – the rooms, common areas, and pool were all kept immaculately clean, which really added to the comfort of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the warm check-in experience to the attentive service throughout our stay, every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuine. They were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations, and their hospitality made us feel truly cared for. We also loved the on-site restaurant. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and offered a nice variety of dishes alittle overpriced but delicious food and nice presentation. It was a highlight of our stay to enjoy delicious meals while overlooking the lagoon. Overall, Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!"

"The place is very clean and has a very friendly staff. The pool is a bit small, but it is kept clean, and that is very good. The place is quiet and the sheets are comfortable. I like that the mall is right across."

"Absolutamente espectacular "

"10/10! Worth every penny. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and were able to truly unplug and unwind here. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The property is clean and gorgeous. The amenities like complimentary breakfast (which was a very generous portion and delicious), exercise classes (mat Pilates, barre and yoga), water coloring class and paddle boards for guests made our experience top tier. The outdoor shower felt super clean and I couldn’t wait to use it everyday. The only down side is the property is not near any restaurants and is not walkable. We had to take a taxi to the downtown area every day and it added up, about $30 round trip each time we left. The breakfast and lunch menu were delicious. The dinner for some reason was not, which is why we’d leave every night. Also prices are quite steep compared to restaurants in downtown that taste better. However, we’d definitely come back again and will miss the property and staff until then. "

"The property was definitely not what I expected, Location was nice and it was right on the water, but there is absolutely no view one tiny window. There were holes in the doors only one pillow. Even though it was on the water, the decking, etc., was not in good condition. It was hard to find there’s no name on the door out front."
