Exceptional stay! The front staff were friendly and supportive, the installations were great, and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast options were good, and the location was amazing - couldn't ask for more! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Great hotel with lovely staff. They served delicious breakfast and coffee (it was included for us). The pool area is clean and great. Just a few minutes of walk from the center and from the lagoon.

What an absolute treat to stay at the Agam. The breakfast which was included was delicious. I opted for the avocado toast every morning which was so delicious, as well as the coffee and fruit, granola and yogurt. Nestor was brilliant as he was so helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy and the pool and surrounding areas was lovely. Our stay was perfect! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. We loved it.

I had a great stay. The receptionist gave us the greatest intro not only to the hotel, but for all of Bacalar. What to know, where to go and other very valuable information. The only thing we could have wished for, was maybe a 20cm wiider bed. But it's a very small objection. And throughout the stay, the staff was more than accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, A/C kept room cool and comfortable, staff was alway cleaning to maintain property and pool sparking clean, every morning the staff woul great me with a smile, and ask how i slept. I would definitely go back in my next visit to Bacalar. every

El personal tiene una pésima actitud, creen que hacen un favor al atender al cliente. El aseo es deficiente tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones, se tiene que insistir reiteradas veces para que lo hagan. Y así fue toda la estancia durante una semana. El hospedaje incluye desayuno pero este es limitado en sus porciones y no tienen un buen sazón.
