"The property was great. We've been to many around this area so far, and this one is our favorite. There were many food options, including vegetarian options. Additionally, they had a pizza station, taco station, sushi station, crepe station, and churros station. There was also a café with desserts. The pool is huge. The hotel was very clean, and room service was available twice a day, even though we didn't request it. Upon arrival, they offered a bottle of tequila or any other type of your choice. Not sure if that was because I had a premium room. The staff was amazing - very nice, friendly, and attentive. The shows were also good, like the manic show, fire show, and Michael Jackson tribute. There were many bars with fast service if you're into drinking. The hotel is both adults and kids-friendly. The ocean had seaweed, which is no fault of the hotel. You can swim when there's a lifeguard on duty and when the water isn't too choppy. The hotel is also close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive."

The resort offers a plethora of dining options, each providing a unique and tantalizing experience. Whether it was indulging in authentic Mexican cuisine, savoring international flavors, or enjoying fresh seafood overlooking the ocean, each meal was a delight. More impressive the staff which is committed to Excellence, polite, respectful and truly care about customer satisfaction! kudos to all involved managing this team as they set a new high for all the resorts around. "When we were checking in, we were offered an upgrade at a discounted price. We accepted the upgrade and ended up staying at the Turquoize Tower. We were assigned butlers Natasha and Marie. They were wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. They remembered our faces and not once did they ignore us when we walked pass. They always greeted us with a big smile while mentioning our names. They were quick in replying to any of our questions or requests. It was our first time at an All Inclusive resort and they made our first impression for it a 10/10. All restaurants and bars are great. The buffet was our favourite. Each night there are different performances and those were entertaining too. Overall it was a wonderful resort and can't wait for our next visit. "
