"The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but it would have been great to have music playing throughout the day to create a more fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was probably the best dining experience we had. The staff, however, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The sports bar was probably the best place to hang out, but even there, entertainment was very limited, with little to keep the energy or party going....

"We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Ziva in Mexico! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation!"

"it was just kinda hard to find but it was really close to the clubs and the walk back is super lit so it’s fine"

"GFACB has an amazing beach this time of year. The food and drinks were okay. The service was hit or miss it seemed like there was staff that genuinely loved their job and were pleased to make your stay fantastic without expecting tip and others that if they thought you wouldn’t tip them they would rather attend to guest that they thought would tip them more. We had great service at the coffee shop, steakhouse, sushi bar and adults only pool but not at the Italian restaurant, family pools or...

"★★★★★ Live Aqua Cancún was an absolute DREAM! The turquoise water, beautiful beach, and gorgeous pools made it feel like we were living in a postcard. It’s the kind of place where you keep taking pictures because you can’t believe how beautiful everything is, and somehow the pictures still don’t do it justice. What I loved most was how romantic and relaxing it felt. We could spend the day enjoying the water, getting drinks, and soaking up the views, then get dressed up for dinner and make a...

"Horrible check in experience with Nitzel. Very negative and unhelpful. Also, found roaches in the room."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación frente a Playa Caracol, 2 cuadras Playa Forum. Chedraui a unos pasos y Oxxo. Las habitaciones cómodas y con lo necesario, tienen barra libre es lo mejor y el personal muy atentos. La alberca bastante grande y buen espacio en el Roof Garden. Si vuelvo y con más días. Saludos."

"We would go back. It was a good vacation."

"El personal en general muy amable y atento"

"One of the best family resorts in Cancun. Newly renovated and absolutely stunning. The beach, food, and the staff are amazing. Specially the breakfast buffet I enjoyed the most. Gabriella and Angel were one of my favorite and my wife’s. They treated us like family and as well as the rest of the staff. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars all day. Thank you beach palace and also wanted to say special thank you to Gabriella and Angel. We will be back soon 🙌"
