The moment you arrive, the scale of the property becomes its most appealing feature. You will definitely enjoy this "small hotel compared to huge resorts where getting places takes a half hour. You can walk from your room to the beach to the pool to the restaurant in minutes—no shuttles, no getting lost, no crowds to navigate. Amazing and welcoming staff.

The staff was so nice and helpful, opened doors, the beach drink service was awesome. The restaurants are delicious, luxurious and easy to book and the house keeping is everyday if you want. Many different drinks and an activities. Loved it.

Only complaint I had was my room was tiny. I upgraded to a deluxe thinking it will be bigger but it was very tight in there. Food was good. Pool is smaller than others I have been to, but still nice. Staff was pleasant.

Over all it was a nice place. Entertainment crew was really good. The pool is pretty small as well as the lounge chairs being very limited. Had a Junior suite, and it was really nice room with balcony and beautiful view. Don’t know if I would go again.

Newly renovated. Some of the best All Inclusive food and drinks I’ve tried. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. They do have construction going on next door and on top of the main building so you can hear the noise from that. We stayed on bay side to watch the sunset and you can hear the traffic. We did get used to it. The ocean water was lovely - you could walk right out and it wasn’t rocky at all. They could use more loungers around the pool area.

Amazing beach and playful waves. Great food. Karla from the Breakfast and lunch staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel Nyx Cancun was amazing! It was clean, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants were great with so many food options to choose from. We were vegetarians so some items we were not able to eat but the limited options for us were great as well. This property was close to the bus station, the mall and and had a nice ambiance with great amenities. Definitely will recommend people to go here.

This resort was perfect for us! The resort was spotless, the staff was so helpful and kind, and the ocean was beautiful (even during “sea weed season”)! The resort was smaller but was the perfect size for us (mid 30s couple). The beach was secluded was from others and was wide open. We were even able to see sea turtles come on shore at night! I highly recommend this resort!

The entertainment helps to make our experience even better, Steph and the team were fun. The Italian and the Japanese restaurant were phenomenal and the buffet was amazing, the beach restaurant was okay, but all the employees were amazing in all the restaurants. The only thing we did not enjoy was the amount of times they try to give us “free stuff” if we do the tour (where they try to sell time shares or something like that). I understand it is their work, and the employee were really nice, but it is a little “nice” too pushy from the hotel. The same things happened in the airport with other hotels, it is annoying.

My stay at **NYX Hotel Cancun** was absolutely wonderful\! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, especially Charlie, he was very professional and really attentive to our needs. The warm hospitality and exceptional service that the entire staff provided was phenomenal The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located with breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
