Excelente alternativa para estar en la Cancun ciudad, muy bien ubicado y la atención de Alma es increíble! Super amable! El lugar con mucha calidez y con todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda!

Staying at the Suites Fenicia was more like staying with family friends than it was staying at a hotel. Although we were only there for two nights we felt like we were welcomed to this quiet and charming location by old friends. Tony and Laury were wonderful hosts. The hotel itself doesn't feel like a hotel. From the beautiful pool to the comfortable rooms, it really feels like a cozy home away from home. Beautiful view!!!

Great service clean and comfortable. It is a couple miles from 5th Ave action.Clean quiet and safe off beaten path. Value and quality for sure..

Big room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Great restaurant down the road as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in.

The place was great, modern, clean and the location was a plus. The pool was amaizing, and the hot tub too. They have a bar The staff was super friendly. I love my room, was big with all what i need . Always clean ,the housekeeping lady was great. I cant wait to go back there!!!!

It was great! Nice king bed and spacious room! Only issue I didn’t like was the entrance, you have to enter through a tequila shop and after hours late at night, you just have to hope the security guard is there to let you in. I didn’t have an issue during my stay, but I prefer knowing I can come and go as I please whenever with a hotel that has a 24/7 front desk.
