Place is overpriced. It’s a topless resort where amateur parties in the 40s and 50s can act line 20 year olds. All you can drink. Get drunk. Average food for an all inclusive. Pool closes promptly at 7 pm and kicks everyone out of the pool. Bars close. No food until restaurants open at 6p. Lost and found took us 45 minutes to get our stuff back after they cleaned all belongings out from the pool area at 7pm because Iwe were at the beach area 20 yards away from the pool. They were rude and delayed us from returning our stuff while we waited 45 minutes to bring our flip flops back, our swim cover ups. We were practically naked at the front desk and told us to wait at the front doors while we were nearly naked for 45 minutes. Absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional! There are so many nice resorts.l in the area. Don’t waste your time looking for something sexy and fun here. Totally average resort, food, and service. Not worth what we payed.

Temptation is a great place to visit if you’re open minded. This resort is a one time experience for me. The food was excellent. Staff was excellent. Entertainment was excellent and by that I mean the entertainers. The rooms are clean the resort is very clean with many dinner options. If you are planning on eating at “SHE” you must wear pants. My husband did not bring any pants with him and ended up buying a pair in the gift shop for over $100 last minute because our dinner reservation was at 9pm. We could have easily bought a pair at the Walmart over there for $20 if would have read the fine print on our reservation ticket. The DJ needs to update his music selection, I understand everyone is traveling from all over however, I think Pitt Bull is a bit played out. If you’re ok with a little ratchetness then you will be ok sitting at the sexy pool. They also have a boring pool which you might need if you’re there for more than 4 nights. Now the only downfall that we didn’t like was when we were not interested in the premier upgrade after being told we would get free massages, the lady cancelled our free passes. It’s like a chain of command. The one lady thought she can change our mind with the upgrade and said ok well I will cancel your massages which I thought was rude. You don’t give and then take. We sat through our breakfast with their sales rep for 30 mins of our vacation time and when we said we were not interested it should have been respected. Shop pineapple 🍍

The food was horrible I didn’t eat in the 4 days I was there after the first day my friend got food poisoning I made the hotel aware of it and the only thing they said to me was that the chef would cook you one meal I don’t know how this would’ve been if it was going to hold me over for four days Plus when I met Chef and Food and beverage manager I asked Chef if you knew anything about temperature control, and what food is supposed to be held at as I am a chef and he had no response at all The last day I was at the resort I was so hungry at night time I asked the front desk where I was there a place to go eat because I haven’t eaten in the hotel and the front desk manager told me that that’s my problem that I chose to eat somewhere else I told him that I was forced to eat somewhere else because the food was so bad he had a dirty look and walked away from me as another manager came over to me and said that he would send him into Human resources for treating me that way It ruined my whole experience and I did not get a chance to enjoy it. Also, I stopped drinking when I went to the VIP to grab a drink and they brought over about 40 cups that people were drinking out of them in soapy water rinse them out in the sink And serve them back to customers What a disgrace Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life

The water from the sinks & showers smell like rotten eggs. Roaches in the room, and the food was horrible. They serve the same food over & over. Only options are beef and pork really. Personally o don’t eat red meat or pork, I hate to Uber eats food to the resort.

Entertainment was amazing Alejandra and pretty boy we incredible, security was always on point with Alejandro, and Luigi the bartender was incredible, the only down side was ac in the room did not cool at all, for the weather and heat was kinda bad but other than that we loved the experience and everyone there, for sure we are coming back

This was our 3rd time in temptation, Our experience was great as usual, the food, entertainment and the staff are awesome, however, we were very unhappy with the spa service that we’ve booked, we paid a high amount of money( but didn’t care) because they promised us a sensual experience we’ve never had before, and that didn’t happened. we complained about it to the spa staff and also at concierge but we were pretty much ignored!
