"We had to call everyday and ask for the fridge to be stocked towels and wash cloths food was less than mediocre. We were suppossed to get robes and slippers with the room we had to ask and the robes had no belts and the slippers looked used..there were not enough towels for the beach. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed stagf was unfriendly and really didn't care. Mirror in bathroom had black mold the frame "

"Breakfast was the best meal of the day! I didn’t care for the lunch/dinner options. The staff at the dining venues were extremely helpful and always wore a smile on their face. Unfortunately we had money stolen from our room. That incident was unsettling and therefore will not return to this resort. "

"We really enjoyed our staying at GR Solaris. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The service and the amenities are top notch. Food and entertainment, especially the night shows, were excellent. Kids loved the playground area and the swimming pools, as well as the kids shows. We will most likely repeat our staying at this hotel if we travel back to Cancun! Perfect location just 10 min far from the airport and it has its own access to the beach. "
