"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"If you’re looking to be in the heart of Naples, this is your place. While a bit tricky to find, once you get there, the location is perfect. It’s walkable and very safe. Would strongly recommend!"

"The location is not hard to find. The apartment is clean. However, the outside is smelly if you don't mind it too much. The area is not optimal for night wandering, inadequate lighting."

"The hotel was easy to get to from the airport by taxi. Great location with many nice outdoor restaurants nearby. Safe area patrolled by the police. We were able to take the bus across the plaza from the hotel to the port for our day tour in Capri. The domestic train station is across the street from the hotel as well as the metro system. Our day tour for the Amalfi Coast met in front of the hotel. Overall very pleased with the choice of our hotel. "

"The room was surprisingly nice and big. The location is good just five minutes from the central station. Breakfast was average but was sufficient for my needs. The juices were from a machine, I prefer fresh juices."

"The stay was good, the location was great (5 minute walk from train station. The front desk staff were lovely. I wouldn’t say this necessarily reflects the staff, not sure what the hiring process is like for them but friends of ours stayed on a different floor and one of them left for breakfast while the other stayed behind. When he came out of the bathroom, he caught a maid with his wallet in her hands. The door said do not disturb. I can only assume she they both left."
