"The staff were really good and very helpful. However, the property maintenance was very poor. There was no ventilation along the corridor, which caused a terrible smell. The TV was not working, and while the rooms had air conditioning, it was only okay. The cleaning itself was good, but my rooms was only cleaned once during my three-night stay, which is very disappointing. The hotel location is very good for tourist."

"The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned. Bags were moved and zipper placements were changed so we know each bag was searched. Very disappointed by hotel...

"Hotel bem localizado no centro comercial de Nápoles. No anúncio do hotéis.com falava que tinha café da manhã incluído. Ao chegarmos fomos informados que o estabelecimento não dispõe desse serviço, o que se tornou um inconveniente. Hotel familiar, mas falta alguns reparos, banheiro pequeno e pra três pessoas tomarem banho, a última fica sem água quente, isso no inverno. Não foi um bom custo benefício. "
