"Travelling with my teenage son - 2 night stay at the end of a trip around Italy. We arrived in the evening and we were a bit taken aback at first by the unassuming entrance to the hotel but very pleased once we entered into the main body of the hotel. The foyer is small and plain but the main hotel corridors and rooms are much more decorative which befits a 4 star hotel. Check in was quick and easy. "I don’t think this was a 3-star hotel based on other stays that I had! We didn’t have hot water in one of the days during our stay. They didn’t change the towels during our entire stay (3 nights). The room had a cigarette smell that sticked on my clothes. The region is very noisy and the streets are really dirty. The staff were cordial but speak very poor English."

"The property is very close to the train station if that is what you need. It's a little longer walk to the main attractions, but definitely doable. The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky.
