"Bruno was super accommodating and so helpful. He was waiting for us upon arrival and helped us carry our big luggage upstairs. Additionally, he helped us set up a taxi for the next morning. The room was spotless, comfortable and with air conditioning. We stayed the night to catch an early morning flight and would definitely stay again. "

"Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "

"The hotel is in a great location in the historical area. It's easy to walk everywhere, great restaurants, safe and close to a taxi station. The staff in the hotel is very nice. You get the keys of the front door and of your room, and you are on your "own". We had a room for 5 people, we each had our own bed and the room is spacious. The hotel offers free WIFI, but it didn't work all the time. The big complaint about the hotel is the bathroom. It's in serious need of remodeling. The shower is...

"It was an amazing trip. The room is very clean (actually they clean it everyday). The hotel is right in the center of Naples, minutes away from very interesting attractions. The breakfast was good and the coffee was delicious. The host, Marco, is very kind, he gave us lots of great advice regarding the city and what to visit. He is really passionate when it comes to the city's history. He speaks english very well. The B&B's personnel is really nice. All in all, B&B Museum is the perfect place...

"Non posso che raccomandare l'Hotel Decumani! E' situato a due minuti dalla famosa Spaccanapoli e a piedi è possibile raggiungere anche tanti ristoranti/localini. L'Hotel è pulito, silenzioso e fresco (dettaglio importante considerando che noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in estate). La colazione è ricca, completa e buonissima e in più è servita in una sala fantastica. Ma la differenza la fa sicuramente il personale: gentile, discreto e disponibile. Complimenti ragazzi!"

"If you are looking for a high class hotel this may not be for you but if you are looking to stay in a typical Napoli building on a budget you will be happy. The room was large and clean, with a lovely view and en-suite shower room (toiletries included). It was serviced every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware it is not staffed 24/7 as it’s a B&B. It’s on the fourth floor but has a small lift which 3 of us fitted in. We were happy with our stay here."
