I definitely recommend H22 Hotel! It is close walking distance to train station and lots of restaurants within short walking distance. The staff, especially Giulia, made us feel very welcome. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay at H22 Hotel in Naples! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and close to major roads, making it easy to explore the city. Conveniently located near the train station. The entrance is a little odd however, the hotel did a great job with providing a video of how to access the property ahead of time. It was very helpful. Yummy breakfast on offer for 10 euro. Only issue was the air con not fully functioning in the room and all electricity turns off when you depart the room, which is not great as I had a bunch of chocolates that melted.

Really liked the couple of free beverages in the mini-bar, it was a welcome touch after a long train ride. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good value and I loved the playlist. The only reason I gave a low rating for the area was, while Garibaldi square is safe and clean enough, there are some filthy areas only few blocks to the west. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but future travelers may want to know.

It is within 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. The number of guest rooms small, but there are many people working, so it is very clean and has air conditioning, so it is cool. The office staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned very well. Breakfast was also good. It was difficult to find the hotel, but it is in a building where restaurants are gathered. You can take the subway to the old town, and there is a city tour bus stop near the hotel and a currency exchange office with a better exchange rate than the airport and central station. I recommend this place because it is cost-effective.

There is no Expedia VIP thing, right? Expedia markets many hotels with these so called VIP benefits but I don't see any. Nevertheless this hotel is a hidden jewel, on the left side of Piazza Garribaldi, minutes away from the Napoli Centrale Stazione. I stayed in a few different hotels near by yet this H22 seems to have the best furnished rooms almost like modern hotel rooms, spacious modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time. The only minor thing is that they don't allow you to carry the keys for front door entry and have to buzz the bell to be left in (yes they have 24 hr duty staff). When you walk back in, you have no privacy but to pass by their office on duty to see you. I always thought buzzing in is not convenient compared with carry a key.
