"This is a great location. The staff are super helpful. Good directions to get i to the property. Only issue was the shower heads were both not working properly. "
"Staff is amazing and so kind. Room was great, clean and updated. Located is right next to the Metro Line 1, which is very convenient. We loved our stay!"
"Very clean, and welcoming, with a modern design, a spacious bathroom, and comfortable beds. Daily cleaning is a plus! The Suites are conveniently located within a safe building in the heart of Via Toledo. "
"They were super friendly and very hospitable, also helped with getting us a ride to the airport. I would actually stay there again, the room was clean, great views (especially on the terrace. Amazing Hosts."

"Great hotel for a short stay in Naples. Booked as near Garibaldi station for easy transport links. Pompeii/vesuvius tour collects at door of hotel and Alibus to airport right across the road. Lovely big room with a nice balcony and views. Very comfortable room, sky tv available for movies and large bathroom. Lots of space and storage. Service was friendly and helpful. Kettle was broken and another brought up straight away. Breakfast had a huge selection of options including hot and cold. Breads were delicious and lovely pastries. Other reviews mention the area but we always felt safe and lots of shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Recommend taking line 2 down to Chiaia for a stroll along water front. "
"Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went.
Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English.
There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day.
We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more."
"The hotel staff were quite exceptional. They were respectful, helpful, calm and charming.
Breakfast and the pool were both highlights and the pool staff were most notable. The location is ideal, close enough to all you need yet peaceful. We would recommend this hotel highly. "
"Loved the rooftop jacuzzi with a view. also breakfast on the roof. Very nice hotel in perfect location. Down block from port and 1 block fro Toledo street a great pedestrian cobblestone road with lots of shops and resturaunts. Fancy new marble bathroom. Room small but very clean. Nicest staff."
"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."
