"I really enjoyed my stay at H22. The property is ideally located and well maintained. I appreciated the amenities including treats in the room and a lounge with tables, chairs and coffee machine. Most of all, I was very happy that there are real people on site to welcome and guide guests. This made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay, too. A standout employee was Natasha. She was very kind, courteous and helpful, not only with me but with everyone else I saw go into the office when she...

"Very close to the train station which was perfect since we had to leave very early in the morning. We also arrived very early and the staff was kind and allowed us to check our luggage until we came back later in the afternoon. They provided us change to use the elevator as well! The hotel was very cute for two friends traveling together. My only complaint is there were no cups in the room so we could drink water."

"Place was average; NOT a design hotel as in name"

"This place is run down and needs a major upgrade. Our room had yellowed old wallpaper with scuffed up walls with drywall showing. The hotel was in a great location that had a balcony overlooking the street below. It was very noisy at night from street activity. Only two wall electrical outlets worked. Getting back into the hotel early evening was a challenge. The huge outside door was locked. No one answered the intercom system although two people were sitting at the desk when we finally...

"un buon rapporto qualità prezzo"

"It was good just that twice I got random charges and they just said ok I’ll refund it but they didn’t explain what for and just charged for nothing."

"The room was very nice, the secondary lock on our door didn’t work which I let the staff know when we left so they could fix it. Roof top was nice and quiet. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Not much for shopping nearby, but we enjoy walking so we’re able to go on some adventures away from the property."

"Man ist mitten im Geschehen, hört aber im Zimmer nichts und kann ruhig schlafen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück hat viel Variation (auch Milchersatzpridukte). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Loved the location, walking distance to ferry as well as train stations, great selection of restaurants within walking distance, enjoyed our stay here!"

"no one was at the front desk/ receptions. I waited 45 minutes outside the two-story walk-up until someone walked out and let me in"
