We had a great stay at this Naplesuite. It is in an older building that has been converted into a small private studios with bathroom. The concept is really nice — the night before, you select your breakfast items and preferred delivery time, and in the morning it’s brought right to your door. It felt very personalized and convenient.
The building itself is an older building but having an elevator in such a historic property was a big plus. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms looked newly renovated; spotless, modern, with excellent water pressure and all the necessary amenities provided. Despite being in the historic center, the suite is tucked into a quieter back alley, so it was surprisingly peaceful and easy to get a good night’s sleep.
What really stood out was the hospitality. Paola and Raffaello were incredibly kind and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning (around 5:30 AM), and they went out of their way to prepare a breakfast the night before with items that would stay fresh, so we wouldn’t have to worry. They also helped arrange a taxi to the station, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
The only small suggestion would be to add a booster for WiFi. Wifi works great in the main lobby but our room was the farthest in the corridor and we had some issues with wifi.
Overall, a wonderful stay with thoughtful stay and definitely recommended.
