"We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her son. They were very kind and helpful and even fixed an issue with our booking that was totally my mistake. The room was so nice as well as the common area. We’re staying here again when we come back to Naples."

"The room was okay and what you’d expect for the price. What was not okay was the boutique check in twenty mins from the room location. I suppose this would be fine if you had a car but we had to walk and this was ridiculous. The staff also did not speak good English which is more my problem and kept insisting I pay the rest in cash despite only having card on me.
