Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour. "The place itself was nice and maintained but the culture of the staff were low on hospitality. When we arrived one of the men behind the desk was arguing with a customer very loudly. While the customer might have been difficult, he should not have been raising his voice so loud. My husband went to the restaurant for breakfast and was completely ignored by the staff. He was not acknowledged and they even looked the other way when passing his table. They were too busy talking with one another. Overall the staff lacked a culture of hospitality that should have been present, especially for a higher end hotel. Extremely disappointing."
