Easy access to the train station across the plaza. Room was very nice clean and quiet. Ours had stone walls on at least 2 sides which helped mute any noises. Nice roof top bar but food and service were more like what you would expect from a US hotel - overpriced and so so. The gym is a treadmill, stationary bike and one or two other machines in an open room - which was to have but if you’re wanting a more complete gym this is not one.

The staff is tops starting from the reception to the restaurant. The view from the terrace is reminiscent of my childhood, a tremendous gift as I am drinking my coffee. One think I would suggest to management is to complain to the municipio to have a crew of street cleaners take care of what is leftover trash and unsold merchandise discarded by the weekend street market. Beautiful hotel. Rooms Modern, clean, rooftop restaurant fantastic. Hotel in right across the train station, minutes from spaccanapoli and coffee shops. Parking in a nearby lot was easy and only 20euro. Definitely stay again!

I spent two nights. Convenient location neat Napoli station. About a 15 minute walk to center historico. There is a 5 Guys and McDonald’s when you’re sick of pizza and pasta. The room was very well maintained, modern, and spacious. The staff were helpful hailing taxis and storing my luggage a few hours after checkout. My Pompeii tour picked up right in front of hotel.

This was such a convenient, wonderful stay in Naples! It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport, and it's a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient given we were taking a train to Sorrento later that evening. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide array of options and we were able to eat it outside on the top floor on the terrace with a panoramic view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius, which was a great way to start our trip!

The hotel is located at the centre which made it easier for transportation and restaurants. The Vesuvio rooftop bar was breathtaking and scenic. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Danielle. The breakfast was delicious with varieties and every day differently. Chilling at the Vesuvio rooftop bar each day made our stay special. Everything was exceptional.

Over 10 mins wait time to checkin. Elevator clunks at a certain floor. Reception did not answer my phone call. Very slow wifi. Amazingly the room was well insulated from the busy street noise. Good concierge service.

Fantastic room and rooftop restaurant that was very popular likely because it was fairly sketchy walking around the neighbourhood especially after dark and the proximity to the train station. If it wasn’t for the neighbourhood I would give it a 5 star. Having said that, the proximity to the train station made travels to Pompeii etc. super easy. I would stay here again.
