Near Naples train station and airport bus stop. The hotel is hard to find among so many hotels in the area, the owner sends yo a video and instructions in English. it is a 3 minute walk from the train station amnd looks rough outside but the rooms were excellent.

A nice quiet room, very close to the train station. Helpful staff too! The shower is cozy, but easy to use and plenty of hot water. Wish the shampoo was not in plastic packets. I think there are better options to provide shampoo, conditioner etc. It was a small challenge to find the correct entrance of the building, but the staff at New Gallery were quick to respond and help us! We would definitely stay there again!

Oksana was a wonderful host, we were only there for one night and she made sure we had everything we needed even with our short stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was noisy from outside throughout the night, but that is not the fault of the property.

I thought that this was a hotel when booking via Expedia but it's actually more like an AirBnB. The location is very close to the Napoli Centrale station on Piazza Garibaldi. The lady who greeted me at check-in was lovely and incredibly helpful. I booked the room at the last minute (30 minutes before arrival) and she immediately got in touch to organise check-in. The room was well-decorated, in good condition, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. There was shower gel / shampoo in the bathroom and there is a kettle for tea/instant coffee drinkers. There was also a coffee machine in the reception area for 24/7 use if needed. The exterior of the building isn't that great but New Gallery is modern, clean and safe. There are lots of places to eat nearby and it's only a 30 minute walk to the historic centre and Spaccanapoli.

The room is spacious & the bed is comfortable. Location is literally right across the street from Napoli Centrale; very convenient if traveling by train. Check in & out were both easy & the reception provided excellent recommendations for sight seeing attractions. The room was actually fairly quiet considering the busy location. Lots of restaurants & shopping in the area. Would stay here again!

Great option next to the Naples central train station and Piazza Garibaldi. The hotel is on the 2nd floor with a working elevator to transport luggage , the room was clean and comfortable and the A/C worked. Pizzeria next to the hotel was great for a quick lunch. The staff are friendly and helpful. And they communicated directions to find the hotel on whatsapp. Old town was within walking distance, so this place was great for a 1 night stay.

The issue was the staff, 100% They tried to explain how to arrive, but they were completely incorrect with the amount for parking. We almost missed our flight, trying to pay for parking which was €50, and intendant had to come and assist about eight couples to pay for their parking at the garage It was explained to us that parking would be much cheaper, but the actual site and location were great. The staff didn’t even seem like they were connected to any of the guest whatsoever, when we arrived, there was no coffee or water or anything available, getting in and out of the unit and how to get in and out of unit, we’re not clearly explained Staff just seem like they were available if absolutely necessary, elevator did not work all morning, and there was an alarm going off for over an hour in the corridor If you feel you can handle a little stress for a decent price and a decent place then this might be your best option

The room was nice clean and very close to the train station. The staff personnel that we dealt with ( Oksana and Sergio) are very professional!... The only issue that i have is the access to the place from the moment you leave the square. Elevator needs someone to hold the doors together and not enough light on the stairs. The access to the room gives a bad impression to a nice place.

So this is not a hotel. It is more like an apt hotel. The manager was very prompt with communication and room was very clean. Location is central. The room was spacious but bathrooms is very tiny and does not have very many amenities. this worked for us for just one night stay. But if you are looking for hotel type amenities this is not the right place for you.
