The hotel staff were quite exceptional. They were respectful, helpful, calm and charming. Breakfast and the pool were both highlights and the pool staff were most notable. The location is ideal, close enough to all you need yet peaceful. We would recommend this hotel highly.

Amazing view from our balcony. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Good location, walked to the ferry port from the hotel. Pillows not the best, room decor is a little dated and could do with a refresh.

The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, convenient for food, shopping, beach and a great view. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Pool is nice although a little odd - very small so booking is needed, saltwater although that didn’t bother us. It’s also very odd to have to wear a swimhat, even google couldn’t full explain why this is needed!

Great location n the water. Lots of options for food. The free breakfast had lots of different items, it was bigger than I thought it would be, however, the hot items like eggs and potatoes were often cold.

The hotel location was perfect inside the room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were pleasant. My only criticism would be the hotel policy to wear a swimming cap whilst using the pool this is a strange rule considering the pool is very shallow and you can’t really swim a lot in the pool sorry from that w had a great time
