"Nice resort! Rooms are definitely outdated, as past reviews mentioned… but for a week with a friend, it was nice! Food was not that great, also as other reviews mentioned. But I did my research and already knew what to expect. You are not going to get real Dominican cuisine. Buffets had better food. It was a nice resort! Everyone was friendly. My bestie and I enjoyed ourselves! "

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."

"nice resort. rooms are a bit warm and nothing ever dries in there, even when hanging a bathing suit, it stays wet. sliding door very difficult to open and lock. beach was well maintained and beautiful. pool areas clean and nice. drinks were weak at all bars except the lobby bar. the reservation system is not well run. ended up having dinner at the buffet more times than we would have like to due to not being able to get in anywhere else. i think all restaurants should have required...

The entertainment was lively and the property is clean. It amazes me the attention to detail each staff display for a safe, relaxing 5 star experience.
