"Amazing experience "

"Overall, the experience was great! Here are a couple of things that need attention: 1. Safety- On 8/24, a group of men knocked on our door. When I answered, one of them in a RIU shirt with no nametag said in Spanish that they were there to remove a sensor. He had to use his phone to translate. When I told him and the others, "Uno momento", I called the front desk and they were sending security as there was no know workers to be doing that task. Security never arrived. We waited about an hour and then left the room. This was very uncomfortable as a woman with her 18 yo daughter. 2. During the Circus show, there was a background of 2 white girls on balance beams. I found it offensive as no one in the show was white and there were no balance beams. It would be more appropriate to have a background of the ocean or a circus tent. 3. Food - there were not a lot of selections at the restaurants, and it was even more challenging for me given my food restrictions. This could definitely be improved. thank you"

"The resort is keep very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I specifically love the attention me and my family got by Alvin at the buffet restaurant. He was just great. The food overall was actually pretty good with alot of variety. The only complaint is the beach which was full of algae due to the season. Although the hotel staff did their best to clean it out. Overall, I would highly recommend the resort. "
