"Excelente hotel lleno de actividades diferentes. El jardín interior es algo que hace de este hotel uno único. La aplicación es muy buena. Me hizo falta jabón y lo pedí por la aplicación y rápidamente lo buscaron. Llegamos algo tarde y el staff se esmeró para que pudiéramos tener una cena excelente. El personal es muy amable. Cositas que arreglaría en un futuro: tener mas variedad en el buffet y seguir un orden lógico (huevos fritos junto al bacon). La calidad de la comida es excelente. Tienen muchas alternativas saludables."

"4/5 stars. This would have easily been a 5-star stay if management had handled one unresolved issue better. We reported a broken ceiling fan and bedroom TV shortly after checking in. The fan was eventually fixed, but despite multiple calls and being told a ticket was submitted, the bedroom TV never worked during our entire 4-night stay. What disappointed me most wasn’t the TV—it was the lack of follow-up. No manager reached out, no apology, and no effort to make things right. The staff tried, but management dropped the ball. That said, the employees made this vacation special. A huge thank you to Estephanie, who became our unofficial concierge. She helped with restaurant recommendations, reservations, a special meal, and even did everything she could after our reserved World Cup table was mistakenly given away. Angela was attentive and welcoming throughout the event, and Pedro at the nightclub made some of the best (and strongest!) cocktails on the property. Wilinda was also incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. Special shoutout to all three Joses bellmen who helped us throughout the stay. Sorry, guys—I didn’t write down your last names! 😅 You all were professional, friendly, and represented Zel beautifully. The food was excellent everywhere, the rooms were clean, the resort was peaceful, and the tropical atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. I’d absolutely return—hopefully next time with a working bedroom TV and a little more management accountability."

"My husband and I stayed at this resort in April. We booked with Expedia, and we were upgraded to a room with a private pool area. It was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did experience not having warm water to take a shower. We had to take cool showers; it was bearable, and we didn't make a stink about it. The overall service of the resort was very nice, and the issue with the shower was easy to overlook. We would stay again. Beautiful resort overall."
