"Our Room was horrible. It was old, dirty and disgusting. The property in general was nice. The staff was nice, except one person at the check in desk, who was outright rude. Also, 2 ladies at the Gift Shop were extremely inattentive - they couldn`t have cared less for any customers in the store. The room was a huge disappointment for such a place."

"The hotel was great. Food was good at the buffets and really good at the restaurants. Staff members in certain areas made me feel as if I was a burden. The guys at the beach bar were great, but the ones by the pool were not hospitable. Overall a great place to stay, just wish some of the staff could improve on customer experience."

"This property was great for my finance and myself. Upon arrival we got a private check in and we met Felipe who was there to help us throughout our week stay. Felipe was very prompt in responding and didn’t hesitate to help us with any of our needs and even made sure that the hotel provided us with cake and champagne to celebrate our engagement. The front desk staff were very welcoming and were always smiling when we would come up to ask any question. When we got to our room we also got a bottle of wine as a thank you for booking through Expedia, and again had the ability to use Felipe who managed all our reservations for dinner and even got us to repeat some spots! The room is slightly dated but was very clean and comfortable and served its purpose for us! Even with only the one pool it is HUGE and there was plenty of spots to relax. I am an early bird so I enjoyed getting up early and going to the pool to read and relax but you do NOT have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get chairs. However, if you don’t wake up early, you may not have chairs RIGHT by the pool but there is enough room. The food was great, we never were hungry and always found something to eat at the buffet. Through the night there are different drink stations on the resort that allowed for trials of different cocktails which was very unique."

"The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are impeccably maintained, The environment is pleasant and vast majority of staff very helpful and pleasant.Unfortunately our stay was marred by the unprofessional handling of a booking error and subsequent interactions regarding "The Level" access. Initially, we were granted Level access through our Expedia Rewards membership. However, when we attempted to book the Level restaurants, we were given conflicting information. After being told by the concierge that we were limited to a single visit, we left a 3-star review reflecting this restriction and ambiguity around the Level Service. Following the review, the concierge contacted us via text to admit a mistake had been made and offered restaurant access for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, the self-service booking system still did not function for us, and the repeated follow-up calls and texts from the concierge became intrusive rather than helpful. Because we could not book independently and wished to avoid further awkward confrontations, we stopped using the service entirely. Another unprofessional aspect of our stay occurred during checkout. We were explicitly asked to change our 3-star review to a 5-star rating, and we were subsequently pressured by two additional staff members to do the same while waiting to depart. This, combined with an aggressive approach from the excursion sales staff, felt pushy and uncalled for. A good stay soured by a few staff members."

"I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. Service throughout the stay was very good and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The only downside was that there was really only one beachfront restaurant option nearby, Jellyfish Restaurant. The food there was just okay. We ended up taking Ubers to local restaurants several times, which worked out well and gave us better dining options. Recommend Citrus. From the condo to Citrus was about $15 US. By Uber"
