"I spent four nights at the hotel with my wife and enjoy every second. The staff was wonderful and we also enjoyed the food that was provided at the restaurants. We have been there before and plan to return. "

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"Liked - We have stayed at the property before and was aware of the surroundings. Didn't like - Would have liked to have known what VIP was? Noise - lots and lots of young kids being very loud with voices and music ZERO / No American music played in Disco Room refrigerator did not work. Reported it and still wasn't replaced or repaired.
