"The rooms are a little dated, but you’re hardly in them. The staff was great and we had a blast! The food at the buffet is cold so that was disappointing. But overall it was a great trip!"

"Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel."

"The overall large grounds were well maintained-pools and beaches were amazing. However, there appeared to be a major plumbing issue with water sometimes not working & other times drainage/flushing not working properly. I traveled with a group of people with 4 different rooms in various buildings-all experiences these issues. Also no swim up pool bar or snacks served at adult only beach side. Food was mediocre at best —even at reservation required restaurants."

"The condo was clean and the space is nice and open with two full bedrooms and a small third single bed bedroom. The photos are a bit misleading as the condo itself does not have views of the ocean/beach. The pools were nice and quiet. The condo is sparsely equipped (we had to go out and re-supply toilet paper). The host offered to arrange transportation and twice the transport didn’t show up which was disappointing. "
