"I loved the beach & pool area at this property . Breakfast was good Mexican options not too many American breakfast options but it was good. I felt safe had so much fun . Only thing they don’t let anyone inside unless they have a room at the resort . The staff was really nice . "

"It was near the Ocean. Staff should help more with talking about tours or is seeing neighborhood attractions and shops close by for first timers. What was a major disappointment was when I landed at the Cancun airport there was no Transportaion, and I was told Expedia is linked with best travels. I did not have a voucher so paying triple amount to get to a hotel in the dark that was an experience. One that was very upsetting The hotel did not know I was coming late until I called at 830 pm...

"We would like to comment about sound proofing between floors where we could hear noise when someone is moving chairs, furniture, etc on the upper unit. Other than that we don’t have major issues during our stay, we dont have high demands as well and we are contented during our stay. A big compliment of your free breakfast serve everyday because of variety and freshness. Keep it up guys, thank you all."
