"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent! The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...

"Birds crops every where not cleaned, terrible music near the small beach with sargassum.Room very boring not even one picture on the wall, uncomfortable bed with terrible pillows 😵‍💫Beautiful location Playa Norte every one has a access with out paying high price for Mia Reef resort there is nothing luxury-3 stars hotel .Do not recommend"

"Food quality at restaurant and customer service was average. First room had no hot water, toilet paper was public restroom quality, and towels were old and even stained with red spots. We were changed to better room but curtains had stains and balconies were dusty. Final price is not justified."

"Loved our stay they kindly upgraded me and we had a lovely big room ! Beach is beautiful did a fab yoga class and the classes are fun. Great location. Only thing I didn’t like is not being able to use sunbeds on beach area next to pool unless you spend money on drinks ! Should be free!!"

"The hotel is among the best places my family and I have ever stayed. I travel for a living and spend 80% of my life in hotels from 4*-5*+. The staff were exceptionally well prepared, equipped, and willing to help in every single matter. They provided the kindest service as well, not a corporate enforced kind of service but a genuine desire to make their guests feel at home, welcome, comfortable, and happy. The beach front is second to none, the restaurant was extremely clean and delicious. The drinks well made. The beach service from the staff quick, attentive, easy, and very helpful always. The hotel room itself was well stocked, everything was super clean, elegant, and comfortable. It’s such a great hotel my wife and I discussed at length when we will return and are seriously considering coming for many weeks at a time. As a well versed international traveler this hotel has been nothing short of a “miracle” to use my sons’ words. We walked around also on the island to look at other facilities and from what we saw this was the best, it well equipped for children, but not in a Disney sort of immature way. Highest recommendation possible."

Their excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel provided a wonderful atmosphere, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We had such a great experience that we are already looking forward to returning next year. "This is our 4th time staying here and we never have any complaints. The rooms are small but perfect for two people. The AC always keeps up nice and cool all day and night. The hotel is located right in the middle of everywhere you want to go, perfect walking distance to the beach in every direction. The only negative thing is the lack of breakfast. I remember they used to offer free breakfast the very first time we stayed back in 2019, but after that they stopped offering it. That’s one thing I wish they brought back, it made our stay there much more enjoyable."
