"AMAZING STAFF VERY HELPFUL"

"Encantada"

"Room was clean, staff very friendly, hotel very organized and there’s a lot of security, Loved it !!"

"I didn't like anything about this property. The door frame was broken and the door didn't close all the way. The phone didn't work. The safe was broken. The sink kept overflowing and the water wouldn't drain. They never had any clean towels when housekeepers came to clean. There was absolutely NO entertainment. We had a foam party other than that nothing. I was concentrated as VIP because of the suite I booked. NO!! It didn't fell like it we didn't meet the butler until the next day although...

"Great entertainment, food was good and staff was friendly, will come back again."

"The room was clean, which was a plus. However, communication was a challenge because about half of the staff did not speak English. The food was also disappointing and could have been much better. Overall, there is room for improvement in both customer service and dining quality."

"Better than expected. Really nice property"

"Excelente!

"Overall great property, lack of music"

"No thanks"

"Although it was for kids, it was still a waste of money. Things that the app said would be open weren’t. The staff wasn’t helpful unless they wanted you to do a presentation for a timeshares. The food was disgusting! It was a pageant there, so they closed down a lot of places just for them. everything closed really early & overall this trip was by gary worst out the country experience."

"Swim up bar was awesome and the grounds were beautiful"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The bartenders were super sweet. The food of the restaurant was hit or miss, but most of the places were good."

"Fun time good for price"

"Just as described"
