"The only thing that upset me was I didn’t Pay for a 5star Vacation to be forced into a Vacation Sales pitch, my whole first morning was consumed by mutiple sales people handing us off to the next person to try to close us on spending 20k on a vacation package, even though we told them we were not interested they kept pushing it and, I understand if I was giving a discount and explained this prior to me booking the trip, but that was not the case the moment we checked in our concierge told us we had 3 time frames we had to choose from 8am 830am 9am I asked why and they said that’s the deal, I don’t think I should have paid for this and I feel like something should be credited for this inconvenience, Me and my wife’s anniversary started the day off with a 90min that turned into over 2hrs of people trying to sell us something, Could not even sleep in on our first day of vacation. Whats truly horrible is if this didn’t happen I would’ve had the best experience ever because besides this everything else was amazing. And just to be fully transparent they did offer us a discount on a spa treatment and excursion discounts for this inconvenience. FYI you can get the same discounts just by asking for them."

"It was a great experience, very comfortable stay clean property. The staff member our Butler was very pleasant, informative and helpful. He would always keep us uptodate with our reservations and would change when we asked . Would let us know the schedule on time , And when we were not able to get rides from the travel club . He would always ready to send one for us. We are so glad we had him as our butler .He certainly needs a recognition and a promotion."
