Property was excellent and so was the room. There was a bad smell from the seaweed but that’s a natural occurrence, nothing by fault of the resort. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Kudos to the entertainment team which we got to meet during our week stay. DJ Chriss, Baby 9, Cofee, Golden boy, Coca-cola, Chocolate, Maja, Sol, Yiyo and Estarlin. All were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Our stay at SunScape Coco in Punta Cana was absolutely wonderful! The staff made all the difference—Rosio, Ruth, and Cruz were amazing bartenders who always greeted us with a smile and made the best drinks. Jorge was such a huge help with our restaurant reservations and made everything so easy for us. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable and stress-free. Sun Club area was quiet and better than the regular facilities. The pools need some maintenance, but that’s it. Very good staff everywhere and lots of hospitality. Food was very good too.
