"WORST. FOOD. EVER. I’ve been to many all inclusives, so my expectations were not high. The food at all of the restaurants was very sub-par. The buffet was passable, but unlike other all-inclusives, there was no dinner buffet (just breakfast & lunch), so you were stuck with one of the restaurants or - even worse - room service as dinner options. "When we arrived there was no direction. No one greating you. We were part of the Elite and after we checked in at the front desk we were told we should have gone to the Elite desk. We had to call EVERYDAY to get towels and then they would show up at 10pm with them. One night we went to the Steakhouse and two people in our party got very suck, they lost almost 2 days. No concierge service. It was a beautiful place but I don't think I would stay again. Beach was beautiful. "
