"We booked a Diamond Club level room for a very special birthday vacation and our Butler, Johnny made sure the experience was exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the time we booked through expedia to the end of our trip! Our other butler, Billy was equally amazing covering when Johnny was off. All of the staff, from the bellman, Wilkins, to the Chef Montero, were absolutely amazing! Our bar tenders, Ruth, Luz and Brandalisy in Diamond and Christian as the club were the best! Mariela and Freilin pool side waitors and the wait staff at the restaurants, Jonathan, Joselo, Fermin, Diana and a few others I cannot remember at the moment made every meal special for us! Let me not forget the amazing Spa staff that did an amazing job on my braids!! This was one of the best experiences we've had in a while and we are regular travelers! Thank you Royalton Chic!"
