"The room was clean and as advertised with a great view of the ocean. The elevator system can be improved on to allow for a much more optimized process, but since I was there in October, I did not feel the effects of it, but I’m sure that during the peak season it can be along time to get an elevator. Very close to the boardwalk about a three minute walk and well lit even late at night. There was the one incident of the emergency alarm and we had to evacuate, but that was no fault of the building...

"Hotel was clean, staff was courteous, and noise was kept to a minimum given the construction around the building. Didn’t encounter any hassling for timeshares. Was here for two day business conference located on Park Ave which was a 10 minute walk. Deli on the corner has some really good sandwiches and Grand Central Food Court is only a 10 min walk away."
