"The room was large for NYC hotels and had a bathtub which is not easy to find. Also I had stayed at the property before and the staff made sure to acknowledge that. The location was perfect, near so many attractions and parks."

"Excelente ubicación, excelente el personal, excelente las amenidades en la habitación. El único problema fue que en 2 ocasiones no se me hizo la limpieza de la habitación"

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter in NYC. Great location and within walking distance of subway stations, restaurants, and Bryant Park. We enjoyed the library themed rooms and all the books! We did take advantage of the free continental breakfast on the second floor each morning with coffee, pastries, and light snacks which was very nice. We also liked Bookmarks, the rooftop lounge, to relax after a long day of walking and exploring NYC. The only complaint we had was...

"This is a pretty basic place to lay down your head which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. The rooms are really dark, minimal lighting. It’s also really easy to hear next door, soundproofness isn’t great. Staff and location was nice."

Bar was not open but they made a cocktail which was not very good. Bed frame corner was really tight to fridge in the room and we kept hitting our ankles into it. Nice touch with a bottle of wine and a note though."

First, although the bathroom was clean, the grout was visibly worn and had become quite dark in places. This made the bathroom look less clean than it actually was and detracted from the overall impression of the room. Another disappointment was the lack of an espresso machine in the 24/7 beverage room. They do offer several types of coffee,...

"The lobby was under renovation, but it did not phase us. The rooms were nice, location was great, and the team at the Bryant Hotel are very kind, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely stay there again."

"Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day."
