"The property was beautiful and the staff was happy to help. The room was also spacious and well maintained. The location was walkable, and I felt safe."

"Great location and helpful staff."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The hotel was"

"The staff was rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t even say hello when I arrived. The room was cold, and despite arriving at 7 PM, my reserved room was still not ready. Instead, they gave me a cheaper, lower-category room with only one window facing an inner courtyard, without offering any compensation for the downgrade. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor customer service."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"I don’t recommend staying here they overcharge people rip off"

"Beautiful location. Staff AMAZING! Property needs HUGE RENOVATION!!!! Bathrooms bad shape- finishes, walls, doors, etc. falling apart."
