"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a member of the media & press for international productions, I’ve stayed at many hotels in NY. Hudson Yards Hotel has become my absolute favorite spot in the city.From arrival, the experience was seamless & welcoming. A truly calm, quiet atmosphere rare in NYC. The front desk team stood out, especially Simone, who was warm, professional & incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Terrance was exceptional as well, kindly assisting me w/ multiple heavy suitcases while I was in the middle...

"Nothing unique. The woman working morning shift.....I felt she was rude to customers that had an issue with their rooms. Not only rude but called the police on 2 different customers instead of trying to resolve their issues professionally. I don't think she should have any dealing with public. The night shift male was respectful, attentive and professional. My issue was the room I stayed in ....the door needs to be fixed....you have to use your shoulder to push door open and slam shut....

"Hotel served its purpose and nothing more. We were supposed to have a king bed but got “upgraded” to a bigger room, but the bed was smaller. They had no king rooms left even though that’s what we booked. The furniture in the room was very dated and in poor shape-chipped, stained and worn. The room had a very strong scent-like a flowery cleaning product. Never saw staff anywhere. Reception was fine but not overly friendly."

"I chose to stay at this hotel because of the positive reviews and eye-catching photos online. Unfortunately, after just one night, I DO NOT recommend staying here!! The room looked nothing like the pictures and felt more like a MOTEL than a hotel. While the bed appeared made and the room initially looked tidy, it was clearly not clean. I woke up the next morning to a BED BUG crawling on the bed and multiple BITE MARKS on my back. I reported the issue to the front desk at 7 AM, and not once did...

"Good for its location, super clean modern room, the only real complaint was how noisy it was. You'd hear anyone leaving or coming to their room. Also had a bit of trouble working the thermostat, but beyond that it was good."

"The room cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but otherwise had no complaints, the restrooms were nice and clean, the checkout process was no touch, the staff helpfully brought up a washcloth when I needed one at like midnight, and the room layout made the most of the space, even as minimal as it was. Not for anyone that can't deal with a little light or sound overnight but that's part of the pitch."
