"The rooms are a good size and quiet, great location to times square and theatre district, staff are lovely, beds super comfy and handy 'shop' in the lobby. Unfortunately the lifts are a nightmare, everyone was complaining, breakfast the most chaotic I have ever come across - more like a scrum for food with people standing about eating with no where to sit. It's a free for all, I gave up and despite paying for breakfast didn't get anything. Sadly I wouldn't stay again, such a shame."

"This is really a motel. The area where it is located is a bad area where there appears to be street walkers working. When I went in I didn’t try the elevator I just walked downstairs to the front desk. There wasn’t many stairs. My son tried to use the elevator because my mother uses a walker and can’t walk stairs. This when we found out you have to come downstairs and use the elevator to go upstairs. That was the only way to get my mother downstairs. In the window of the front desk there is a...

"The air conditioner was extremely loud and would shut off. We we arrived maintenance was working on an air conditioning unit of another room near ours. Came back from dinner and they were working on another unit. After an hour in our room our unit started. We just turned it off and let it go The hotel was booked what else could we do. The staff could not care about anything. If you asked a question it was if you bothered them. I paid for my car and I never got to use my assigned spot. ...
